DELIVERY RATES
A single flat rate of €45 covers the entire world. Whether your parcel travels to Lyon or Lima, the price at checkout stays the same — no surcharges, no regional tiers, and every saddle, bridle and girth travels at one price.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We ship from our atelier in France to every country. Trusted international couriers handle the journey on our behalf, and a tracking number is issued the moment your parcel leaves the door. Typical transit is 3–7 working days within Europe and 7–14 days beyond.

PROCESSING TIME
In-stock saddles and tack are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Each piece is checked, conditioned and wrapped by hand before it is sealed for transit.

SIGNATURE & INSURANCE
Every parcel is fully insured for its declared value and requires a signature on delivery. We ask that you inspect the parcel with the courier before signing and note any visible damage — your saddle is protected in transit until it is safely in your hands.

INSPECTION & RETURNS
You have 10 days from delivery to inspect your saddle on your horse. If it is not the right fit, contact us within that window and we will arrange a return or exchange. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all hardware and packaging intact.

SPECIAL ORDER LEAD TIMES
Made-to-order and made-to-measure pieces from CWD, Butet, Antares, Amerigo, Equipe and Flex-on are built to your specifications and require an additional 6 to 10 weeks. We confirm a lead time and provide progress updates before you commit.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom-fitted saddles, monogrammed or made-to-measure tack, and opened leather-care products cannot be returned. Final-sale pieces are clearly flagged at checkout before you place your order, and are covered only against manufacturing fault.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the local courier on arrival. We declare the full value of your order accurately and provide all documentation required to avoid delays.
